Zotmans are primary should be used for the forearms. Biceps as the secondary targeted muscle. Use a standard preacher curl bench. With the db over the edge perform like a standard bicep curl on the concentric portion of the lift(going up). Do not go to full contraction meaning dont bring db towards front delt. The reason is ,it tends to take the stress off the brach/bi's. You need to have constant tension. Now on the way down(eccentric)turn your wrist outward & towards the front(reverse grip). This is the part that works the forearms. The advantage done this way you may use more weight than standard reverse bar curls. Hope this helps
