Critique the new lifting plan
Day 1: Chest & Back
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Shoulders and Traps
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Arms
Day 8: Cario
Repeat.
What do you guys think about this?

I assume you are cutting doing 4 days of cardio?
You have provided a split, that is far from a lifting plan my friend!
