    How many days of rest?

    How long should u wait till training a body part again? I have been told different amounts of days for different body parts and I have heard 72 hours for each. What do you think?

    YOu should experiment and stick with what works for you. Everybody is different and some recover faster than others. Maybe try 2x per week and 1x per week and see what you like best.

    Depends on many factors to include how hard you actually work it.

    72 hours is what most research shows, however, it is highly individual. 96 hours shows a detraining effect. True, it depends on many factors.

    depends on the part... big needs more, small calves and abs... a day.. sometimes no rest at all..
