Leg theory
recently i started doing legs hardcore becasue they eere lacking a bit to the rest of me...Exactly two weeks into this my flat bench went up 20lbs out of nowhere....So in my consclusion leg theory does work and it helps to build and add strength to your upper body based on personal experience.

deads and legs helped make my entire body stronger, bout a year ago i wnt from the state of mind most have, with the i have to bench big, and switched to where i dont care about bench, i wanna squat 900lbs for reps, and dead over 800lbs, thats what important to me now, bc ppl who do that, are the sizei wanna be, and am gonna become. so now i bust ass on all lifts, but leg days and back days i go as hard as i can without gettin hurt, then rest the day after usually
