i know what this is but dont know what it stands for. Another thing while cutting i did not get DOMS the day after. Since i started bulking i have lowered my reps to 6 + the big eating.. and now i get DOMS after every workout for 2 days after and on leg days my legs are very stiff and sore for even 3 days after. I was wondering if this is just because the 6 reps of heavy weight or is it because i started to eat more

Delyed Onset Muscle Soreness
It would be the direct result of the lower rep range, heavier weights.
