my lifts..and what they should be??
Whats up guys i'm sure there are tons of threads on this but i was just trying to get an idea of what my lifts should be around...i've come a long way from where i started a couple years ago but i still feel weak in some of my lifts...
my flat bench i'm happy with 405lbs. x 2-3 times
squat definately needs work..275 x 8-10 times
and i dont know what my deadlift should be around but it's at 405 x 4
do these sound proportional?? thanks

you need to give a little more info, bro. Training history? Personal stats?

your squat is very low compared to your bench
i squat about the same as you but i only bench 300lbs for 1rep
your squat should be similar to your deadlift

what are you r stats bro. height and weight?
I agree squat is low. My bench is 340 (raw), squat around (don't like to max squat) 480 to just below parallel, dead is at least 460 (using straps). I am 5'5 and weigh 175 give or take. 35 years old.

Hmm man your doing ok but yea your squat should technically be higher.. unless your injured etc?

Have you ever used chalk. Much better, doesnt leave burns like straps do. Also, it helps with grip and forearm.

yeah squats are almost embarrassing i would say, when there is ppl around and i know they are watching, for some reason it won't go...i also just started making them mainstays in my routine...my stats are 22y/o 6'1 about 15% bf (total guess) been trained for about 5 years the last 2 very seriously..reading religiously and keeping a tight dieting schedule...i'm happy w/ all my toher lifts, i jusst cant squat
