Looks pretty good. I recommend more sets for you larger muscle groups because of your frequency of 1 every 7 days. If you are only hitting once a week, I would go with 12-16 sets for Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs. For the arms combined with the Chest and Back, I would eliminate some of the exercises. Pick two compound movements and do 4 sets/exercise. 8 sets for the bi's and tri's. I would add another compound movement to chest day. I would add some bent rows, deads, on back day. To me, your shoulder day is going to blast your anterior delts. Maybe some different exercises to target the medial and posterior delts.

    What about calves?!?!!!!

It's pretty good. I would try to eliminate some of the machines for tris and back and stick with the iron. For example, instead of pushdown, try skull crushers. Instead of pull downs, try pull ups... (if weight is an issue, you can do wieghed pull ups).

Also, abs 4x a week to me is too much.

thanks for you advice. I think I will switch to more iron for tris and back. Yeah I hit calves on leg day as well, just forgot to put it down.
