    Please Critique Bulking Workout

    New to site. About to get back into heavy training again. Please critique my workout. Thanks.

    Monday - Chest/Tris
    Incline Bar/DBs 3x6-8 (after 2 warmup sets)
    Flat Bar/DBs 3x6-8
    Dips 3x6-8
    Incline DB Flyes 3x6-10
    Decline Crushers 3x6-8

    Tuesday - Back/Bis
    Chins 4x6-10
    Barbell Rows 3x6-8
    Deadlifts 3x4-8
    Barbell Curls 3x6-8
    Hammer Curls 3x6-8

    Wednesday - Legs
    Squats 3x8-12 (after 2 warmups)
    Hack Squats 2x10-12
    Extensions 3x12-15
    Curls 3x12-15
    Calf Raises 3x12-15

    Thursday - Shoulders
    Smith Presses 3x6-8 (after 2 warmups)
    Upright Rows 3x6-8
    DB Laterals 3x8-12
    Shrugs 3x6-8

    Friday - Arms(if workout on friday, depends on how feel)
    Barbell Curls 3x6-8 (after wu)
    Overhead Bar Presses 3x6-8(after wu)
    Incline Curls 3x6-8
    CloseGripBench 3x6-10

    you shouldn't work out 5 consecutive days, and i think you would be overtraining your arms. You not that advanced into it, but if you can get away with it and recovery is good, then go for it!

    Just check to see if your getting stronger every week. like maybe 1 more rep on a specific weight for your first set of benchs, etc.

    I agree, why not put a rest day into the mix?
    Mon, Tues, Wed (Train)
    Thursday (Off)
    Fri, Sat (Train)
    Sun (Off)
    Repeat, something like that. Utilize some rest days. You body takes energy from all over and uses glycogen from all over, just not the bodyparts you trained that day!

    probably wont be working out on fridays until further down the line if ever

    Then I'd go with a Monday/Tuesday:Thursday Friday training days.

    travel alot friday-sunday so friday workout is optional, thats why monday-thursday other then that everything look ok?

    IMO i would train one body part a day while bulking, reat between sets and train heavy. my routine looks like this:
    mon/legs
    tue/off
    wed/chest
    thurs/back
    fri/shoulders
    sat/arms
    sun/off
