    Can you identify this thing for working forarms

    I have no idea what this is called and can't find one anywhere Im sure I can get one off the net but I don't know what it is. Basially, you just grab the handles, turn them in opposite directions and it rolls up a rope attached to a weight. Here is a nifty pic I made of it in paint. Thanks!

    make one

    you just make one. we had one for baseball. i don't even know that you can buy one. just take a broom handle etc, attach a rope and tie the other end to a 10 pound weight. you then just extend your arms out in front of yourselft at shoulder heighty and turn the handle, wrapping hte rope around it and it brings the weight up. you can also shove your hand into a bucket of rice or sand and make a fist over and over again to help with strength.

    ur forearms probably swell up the most from this excersise..dont know how well it adds mass but u get a hell of burn from doing them do them until ur arms are shaking and u cant hold them out and twist up anymore

    they sell those all over the net. i have seen them as cheap as 13.00 if you dont feel like making one. search google= forearm developer
