Thicker back- critique my workout
My back isnt lacking width, it's just not that thick to me it seems, especially in the middle.
here is my work out for back, i have 1 warm up on each before doing the sets
3 x 8 Pulldowns (heavy)
3 x 12 Deads (heavy)
3 x 8 Bent overs (heavy)
3 x 8 Seated Rows (heavy)

Deads 3x 5-8 reps
Barbell rows 3x 6-8 reps
Weighted pullups 3x 6-8 reps
close grip t-bar rows 3x 6-8

Tonly lil pwns all and weighted pull ups are pimp after deads thats really all you need is those 2.. especially if you do both CG and WG pullups
but we all know you kant stop at just 3 excercises for back.. because its the sexiest muscle group in the body..
