beginner at gym
Hey just started going to the gym 3-4 months ago. I'm 19 I weigh 145 5,7 anyways I can eat anything and not gain weight. I question is should it still be better to keep a strain diet. Would say fast-foods slow my building down? Also what exercises would you suggest and How much better is free-weight comapred to machinces? also wondering if u were to do street-drugs like weed or coke. Would you have a allerated workout?

1) What does your diet look like?

2) What exercises? Ones that make you grow......... such as deads and squats... read up!
3) Free Weight and Machines each have their place and role in a workout... I do most of my lifting with free weights, but machines are great for some exercises.... it's not cut and dry...
4) Weed will raise estrogen levels, not good. Coke is not smart. Ever seen a built and healthy coke-head? Nope.
5) What does allerated mean?
