Well, its not really a workout but an exercise. I beleive BDTR said to do this and i tried it 2 days this week and I got some new shapes popping out of my inner forearm.

I carry the 45 plates by the slot ( assuming you have the ones with handles or slots) around the gym with just the tips of my fingers holding them and constant resistance keeping them up. Until finally my forearm feels like its coming apart and the weights fall. I did that 3 times twice this week and it has worked great so far, Just thought i would share because there are only so many forearm exercises to do.
