Would you hit a chest workout today or no??
Ok, Sat is supposed to be chest and tris, however last Sat it was one of those fluke days in the gym where I was DEAD!! Worked my ass off at work all week, a little overtime, and went to the gym totally unmotivated and tired. Anyways, getting to the point, I did 3 sets of incline db presses, 3 sets of flat hammer strength presses, 2 sets of incline hammer strength presses, then said **** it and left. Missed my tri's altogether. Anyways, I got some awesome sleep last night and I'm full of energy today. You think it'd hurt to hit the chest again and the tris today? I mean, havent done chest twice a week in years, maybe it will help huh? What would you guys do?
