Thread: Routine Adjustment

My routine was 10/5/3/3 (Light/medium/heavy/heavy) a friend of mine suggested i do 10/6/3/1 (Light/medium/heavy/max)...I gave it a try and i was able to push some cool wieght...my question is...has anyone heard of this and do ya think it would be effective for longer runs...?
