New split
Hey guys been gone for awhile, been really busy trying to get my own buisness started..anyway i'm going into the gym w/ a new split want to know what you think and if any of you are doing something similiar??...
1. Back/bi's
2.chest/tri
3.legs
4.off
5.arms
6.shoulders/traps
7.off
cardio 3-4 times a week calves eod and abs eod

no need for arm day. Having this arm day could effect your back day. not enough rest IMO. But everyone is not the same.

i threw them in after b/c i gave my arms an extra day of rest..the only real problem i see here is doing shoulder presses after arm day..but i'll play it by ear and see how it goes and adjust if need be
