    Lifting and Running

If I am lifting 4 days a week and running sprints twice, do the running days count as a day off or should I include a day or 2 off once a week to keep from overtraining?

You need a day or two off. Sprinting stresses your body. . .

Would it be a problem to lift legs the day after I ran some sprints?

Also, say you lift legs, take a day off, and you want to go run the next day, but you're still sore from two days ago (my legs get sore easily)........would it just hurt me to run anyways?
