I am 5'9" and 190lbs. Right now my main goal is to get cut up.
I have been doing the same workout since Feb. and have not noticed any real big change. So I am looking for a new workout(full body). I workout 5 days a week and do cardio 3-4 days a week(just started the cardio). If anybody can help me out on a new workout it would be great, or just some pointers would help.

Not an answer to your question, but if you write a subject line that's more descriptive, you might get people who know the answer to read the questions.
Try something like:
"Suggestions for a New Workout to Get Cut"

First thing you need to zero in on, if your trying to cut is your diet. Give a solid description of what your diet, and your training consists of and you'll get some good responses.
