quick ? on exercises???
hey guys i was wondering somthing, i have a consistant routine as far as what muscles i workout each day and what not but i dont have exact workouts as far as what workouts i do on that day, ill just go in the gym no what i have to hit and do diff. exercises for that muscle. so no set actual workouts, is this ok or will they grow better if i were to get on a steady workout habbit as far as exercises go?? what im doing seems to be working fine cuz i guess its good to not keep a sertain pattern on ur muscles, but would it be better for me to get on a steady thing, i no ill have to switch up a lil bit every once in a while to shock my mucsles but i wanted to see if it would make a difference thanks

depends i kinda have in internal regiment that tells me what i should do.. like one day i may do
flat bench bar, incline db's, cable flys, dips, tri ext, laterals or next week
i could be very similar if my chest say liked the incline DB's but now it wants a few changes so it would be
incline DB's, Fat DB's, DB Flys on decline bench, wide grip dips, straight bar for tri ext, and arnold presses for shoulders.
always changes but has a similar lay out if i stop seeing results i will change it dramatically..

Normally, you should have a basic idea what you are going to do. I know I do but not necessarily the specific exercises. That's what I call instinctive training princible.

My routine is set in stone. I know what I am going to do for legs today, and I will not change it even if there is a homogay in my way. . .

I would create a routine, but just because your on a routine doesn't mean you can't switch it up after a couple weeks, then possibly go back.

I believe setting up a particular routine is best and then switching it every 6-8 weeks. maybe not completely but add in a new exercise or 2 and take a couple out. kind of shocks the muscle into growth for me when i have variation.
