Over training
How do you know if you are over training? It cant be just by how sore you are.
Can ne one help me out?

Loss of appetite, rapid heartbeat, depression, inability to sleep, prolonged soreness, sh*tty workouts, etc.

frequent colds that stay a while, always wanting to sleep, loss of motivation to workout

its beneficial to take 7-10 days off every 2-3 months depending on how you feel. I find this totally rejuvinates me as well as lets tendons and joints rest!

I AGREE! i beleive training 5 days a week was over training for me keep track of your stats. Mix and match with different ammounts of training and keep track of mood, and energy not to mention strength
