    Question

Hey guys I have a question. I weight like 230. I am at 27% bf. But, I am not that fat. I want to lose like 20-30 pounds. I work out six days a week. and I play sports. But, my eatting habits are bad. I was wondering is eatting that important?? and if so. Do I want low cal. or low fat.

yes eating is 80% of the battle IMO. Get some readin on in the forums, read the stickies and formulate a decent diet. If you alter your eating habits, I guarentee you'll start seeing positive results.

Like said above, 27% is high bro but thats no longer going to be a problem when you get serious and focused on a solid diet and lifting routine.

Read the cutting stickie 10x literally....also search the diet forum for topics that are of interest to you such as "Cardio" and a ton of threads will come up on it and if you don't find the answer you are looking for then make a post and someone will help you out.

Remember diet and cardio are key to your success.

I used to think the same way you do man..I didn't think diet was that important and then i read all these articles that say diet is 80% and training is 20%. As soon as I cleaned my diet up, I started seeing bigtime results..fast.
