2nd injury from Smith
Here I sit in pain again from hurting my lower back. Once again its my SI joint from arching my back while squating on the smith. Never have that problem in the free rack and now I will stick with it. The smith machine was the only one open and it will lay me out for couple of weeks. Damn never again. Anywho I could use some help with my core stabalization. How can build up my lower back? And I know abs are playin a key feature. Any exercises to build a good core?? (Safely)

Do some hyper extensions. I think thats what they are called its where you bend your torso forwards and then back up to parallel with the floor. Hold plates in your across your chest too.
Also, goodmornings
