    Elliptical Trainer vs Treadmill

    Im going to buy either or todAy after work i was wondering people opinons on wich one works better for fat burning?

    Elipticals are nice cause they dont strain your knee from pounding the ground..basically the same movements, and they usually have settings so its harder to "Run" on it, or easier..I say eliptical

    i would get the eliptical, easier on ur knees and feet and stuff. as far as fat burning, they will work the same as long as ur in the target heart rate.

    I love the elliptical, no impact and my knees and shins can handle it. Plus if your buying one for your home, they're not as bulky and dont take up as much room as a treadmill.

    Yeah ive bought it already works pretty good cuts my time @ the gym!!! Now i just lift weights @ the gym and do the cardio @ the house

    maybe for exercising people. But if you are training for anything that requires actual running i say you much better off with a treadmill (of the two choices).
