Looking for one more Bicep bulking exercise
I know this should be in the workout thread but it take forever to get a reply there. I'm about to hit the gym in a little while and I want to add something new to my bi workout. Im doing straight barbell curls, seated hammer curls. Anyone have one more exercise for bulking the bi's? Something that will really kill them? you know da kine bra?

Concentration Curls are my favorite and I add them in to every bi workout. Do them standing because IMO it works much better for peakness.

Try to do most of your workouts (with any muscle group) standing up, its better for size, do standing curls...anyways its better to look at your current workout for biceps and say "fix this" instead of suggesting stuff.......by the way, do sense a hint of pigeon talk ?

curl bar curls and alt dumbell curls
doing st bar curls while hanging on a pull up bar...looks cool but not that effective....and it might lead to injury

I would go with some straight bar preacher curls. If your wrists can tolerate full supination, this will add some mass to your biceps.
