90 seconds between sets
what do you guys feel about that when you are lifting strong 8-10 reps taking only a 90 secong rest...will that help build lean muscle?

I don't see how time between sets will directly help in building muscle, but if you are going heavy then sometimes you need more time in between sets to catch you breath, rest. etc.

im not saying too heavey a weight that you know you cant get more then 10....so the 3rd set you are struggling to get 8....

Usually the lower the reps the longer the rest. So I'll rest about 2-3 minutes when performing low reps. 10+ rep range I wont rest too much. Catch my breath and I"m in again
