doggcrap gains vs other protocols
Im sure by now most of y'all have heard at least once of the principles taught by Dante(doggcrap). My opinion aside who here has done his methods and recieved the gains described? how did/does it compare to other methods sucj as HIT/GVT etc???

IMO it mildly resmebles Mike Mentzgers training methods in certain aspects. I have been on it for 3 weeks (DC). I am still trying to get my slow negative/stretches perfected but, on my squat this week I went up 10 lbs and did it 4 more reps on my LAST set than I did on my FIRST set using less weight. I am also writing a log of all of my lifts etc to try to make constant progress, I think this helps too. Im not on anything. I will see how it goes.........
