    general rule of thumb for larger muscles versus smaller muscles

    ok:

    so heres what im wondering

    for larger muscles (quads, chest, back) do you do heavier weight, with fewer sets?

    and for smaller muscles (biceps, triceps, deltoids) do you do lighter weight with higher reps?

    with larger muscles you do more sets and with smaller muscles you do less sets.
