Seated cable rows question
Is there any difference really between close grip seated cable rows and wide grip seated cable rows, in terms of the muscles they work? Does one work a different bodypart than the other or do they pretty much work the same?

Also, if you want to see what areas may be worked by a specific movement - try doing that movement while looking in the mirror. Ain't nuttin fancy - but you'll see what muscle group is actually working.
