    Help here!

Ok guys I need your help here, I am 31 years old 184cms HT and 83Kgs WT, I have small frame.I started workin out when I was 27 with good results (I was 62KGS!) but then due to personal problems I stopped, now I want to start again for good...what do u suggest? A four - five day split routine trainin 1 muscle group at a time is it ok for me? Or should I train the upper body and then the lower body in different days?

There are a number of things you could do a 3 day basic routine like this …

    1 chest shoulder triceps
    2Off
    3Legs
    4Off
    5Back biceps

    Or a 5 day
    1 back
    2 triceps
    3 legs
    4 biceps
    5 chest shoulders

Its really up to you, there no one best program to do, just what fits in to your life, ect, ect, stick with big basic compound movements, and avoid over-training...
