Push-Pull system with the Pyrimid
Hey guys, gotta question. If my routine for Saturday looks like this. How can I use the pyrimid system to acheive gains. The problem I'm havin is once I reach my 1RM on the incline I'm not worth the f**k in the following. I want to keep a log, but the numbers won't be accurate if im maxing on my first lift. Am I doing something wrong? What i want to do is use the Push-Pull system with the Pyrimid. I would like to do as many different exercises as possible as well. On Sunday I would be doing legs, Back, Biceps, Abs. This suks. Let me, know thanks.
Chest Bench press
Shoulders Shoulder press
Triceps Triceps pushdown
