    Having problems w/barbell bench

    Hey, fellas. Listen, I've been stuck at 315 lbs @5 reps for quite a while now (about 5 weeks), and I know that 5 weeks doesn't sound like a lot of time, but I'm also currently running a cycle of Test E, Tren Ace., and an Anadrol kickstart which I discontinued after the 4th week. All of my other lifts are sky-rocketing. So, I decided to switch it up a bit and go with dumbell presses instead of barbell. That too, is sky-rocketing. Only problem with that is---I'm running out of dumbell weights!!! The rack only goes up to 135 lbs. and today, I did the 130 lbs. for 6 reps. What the hell do I do now???

    Any suggestions?

    You might post your exact workout so we can make an educated guess at the problem.

    OK, thanks, SC. Tyrone-my chest workout is like this:

    4 sets Flat bench
    4 sets Incline bench
    4 sets weighted dips
    4 sets flies w/cables

    After changing my routine a bit, I kept my weighted dips and flies, but switched the presses to dumbell. I hope it helps me.

    overtrainin big time!!! My God I hope that is only once a week.

    Let me guess.......................I bet you dont hit any other muscle for 16 sets....only chest???

    Plus you have 150 threads you started about steroids .....0 about training, 0 about diet...ect.....can you see a problem here????? Drugs will not replace good eating and training habbits!!
