When I hit a plateau, I like to use the exercises from Static Contraction Training (by John Little and Peter S.). Most of my workout info. I like to get off of *************. Some of my favorite writers are Ian King, John Davies, Dave Tate...

Ian King's Get Buffed is an excellent read. You will have an excellent idea on how to create muscle balance when developing your strength training programs.

I just finished looking through Optimal Muscle Recovery by Edmund R. Burke...

As the title suggests, it is useful for improving muscle recovery, preventing fatigue etc and some good stuff about nutrition in general.

Pavel Tsatsouline (spelling) has some interesting theories. Go over to dragondoor.com to check him and John Davies out.

Here is a very interesting website featuring an article by Dr Weitz about weight lifting injuries. I think it hypes up the injury potential of certain exercises, but its good to know the particular risks and to be made aware of the associated preventative measures. Informative, but don't take it as the be all and end all...
