Ian King's Get Buffed is an excellent read. You will have an excellent idea on how to create muscle balance when developing your strength training programs.

I just finished looking through Optimal Muscle Recovery by Edmund R. Burke...
As the title suggests, it is useful for improving muscle recovery, preventing fatigue etc and some good stuff about nutrition in general.Last edited by Flexor; 12-22-2005 at 05:19 PM.

Here is a very interesting website featuring an article by Dr Weitz about weight lifting injuries. I think it hypes up the injury potential of certain exercises, but its good to know the particular risks and to be made aware of the associated preventative measures. Informative, but don't take it as the be all and end all...
