    a$$ to the floor squats

    whats up guys i was just wondering if anyone else has there upper back feel sore the next day after doin these...i mean my lower back is sore but i seem to b having a sore upper area?? thanks guys...

    Your upper back could simply be sore by bearing the bar on it, because of the pressure. It could also be because the upper back is in constant static contraction to stabilise your whole body. For me personally, I think it was the bar compressing the muscles on my upper back, literally damaging them by pushing on them, as well as from the static contraction.
