    Talking Need advice on proper training scheduling

    Okay, here's the deal, I have a regular full time job from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and I spend the greater portion of the morning Appraising property. I would like to know your opinions on working-out at 11:30 PM and what I should eat (if anything at all) for post workout nutrition with such a late workout? Alternatively, should I consider waking up early for my workout?

    Construct a workout that only is 45 minutes long.

    If you can do it in the morning it would be better than at night.

    More details would help. How close to yur home is the gym? What itme do you wake up and go to bed.

    If at night, I would eat simple carbs after the workout, and a lot of protein...whey after the workout and than solid protein foods...dairy productws are good they release slowly into the blood, as does casein protein.
