    2 cardio sessions a day?

I plan to start cutting in 2 weeks and wanted to try a new cardio routine. I wanted to do morning cardio when I wake(DUh!) and another session after lifting. I been told its ok as long as I down a shake after lifting before the cardio. Opinions?

Stick to the AM cardio only for your first few weeks as progress slows then you can add another session. In many cases its not needed as diet is about 90% of everything.

    Agreed.

I'd also never down a pwo shake aimed at muscular recovery, then hop on to some cardio apparatus.

That's totally pointless for both desired outcomes.

Not a pwo but a protein only shake.

Again, pointless. If you are gonna do cardio after weights, do it right after for a max of 30min. Then take you normal PWO shake.
