How often do I need to train the same muscle group?
I was doing my chest routine on Tuesday and then I think that I could do it on Friday. Do you reckon it is too soon. Do I need more days for my chest to recover?

I would recomend working each muscle group only one a week. Recovery time is very important for muscle growth as you grow while you repair

You should wait 48 hours at a minimum to rework any muscle so that it has time to recover. I personally think then when you are working your larger muscle groups that you should keep it to once a week and no more. Your smaller muscle groups, if you want to, can be worked twice in the same week but at least 48 hours rest. Personally I work each body part only once per week but there are other strategies that work different for different people.

Once a week works best for me... anything more to me is overkill...
