HIIT vs 45 minutes run time
Which do you believe is the best for weight loss? Ive been doing 45 minutes for the last 5 days. 3 of those days were on empty stomache. I did 20 minutes of HIIT. Any one with some experience on this?

You state 'weight loss' but I am assuming you are principally concerned with fat loss. Here's the deal, both methods work well if you eat appropriately for them. Low intensity fasted state cardio can be performed frequently with neglible impact on muscle mass. Conversely, fasted state HIIT would burn muscle like a blow torch, and, if performed frequently, will leave you feeling and looking like a ghost of the living dead. Essentially, you need to treat HIIT like a workout. Personally, I've got some appreciable results using using two 15-20 min HIIT sessions (anymore is asking for trouble) along with 3-5 lower intensity sessions.
Hope this helps J.
