How's this back routine look
I put up my workout routine couple weeks back. A couple people on this board told me i was over doing on my back part of my routine, what should i keep and take out?
Widegrip pullups
Lat pulldown front
Bentover rows
seated close grip cable rows
3-4 sets not sure yet for 8-10reps

I'd throw out the pull downs and do close grip pull ups. I do 2 sets wide grip then 2 sets close grip. also i'd throw out the cable rows and do t-bar rows instead.
Deads? got to do these.

look's alright but you clould try
deadlifts
wide grip rocky pull up's
seated close grip cable row's
barbell row's

Im doing hams alone on one of my workout days, on that day im doing deads.

just wide grip pullups, with a cooler name, he also may mean weighed actually
