Question What's your favorite pec workout?

    My chest is lagging..

    What's everyone's favorite chest workout.

And is it better to do a bumbell press rather than with a full bar?

i personally like incline barbell press.. the advantage of dumbells is that you get much more of a stretch when you bring the dumbells down to your chest. not having the bar going accross your chest increases the range of motion with dumbells.. i usually mix my chest workouts up.. barbell incline press, db decline press, etc.

I have a huge chest and my workout is as follows. Incline db, Incline db flys, flat db, decline bench, one arm cable cross, and flat bench flys. It does the trick.

Not a whole lot of variety when u're talking about chest. All u got is presses, flies, and pullovers. My only suggestion is not to do 2 press exercises in a row, and the nice thing about doing presses with DBs is that it really allows you to squeeze your pecs. I always like to finish with 2 sets of pullovers, got to mess around with it until it feels right, just a nice exercise and i use it as a finisher, hits your chest from a completely different angle.

My chest grew thru pre-exhausting techniques. I read about it in several articles but passed it off as someone writing another article. Well I was wrong. Do flat flyes for 5 to 7 reps in good form. Wait 30 seconds and do 5 to 7 more reps on the bench press or decline press. Wait around 3 minutes between sets before doing your next set. Try doing 4 pre-exhausting sets twice a week and you should grow. If youe chest does not get sore then skip the 30 second wait between your flyes and bench and go immediatedly to your presses. Good form is a must!Try it you'll like it!
