Progress
Many of you know that I recently incorporated weight training into my routine in hopes of reducing my body fat %. Along with the lifting, I also started eating more includiing whey <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a></a></a> and EFAs.
Here are my results.
5/13/02 203lbs - 20.4% bf
2/16/03 196lbs - 17.4% bf
3/16/03 191lbs - 14.2% bf
Goal:
4/20/03 184lbs - 12% bf
Thanks to everyone who has given advice. As you can see I take it to heart.
I think I'm going to start Xenadrine on Monday for 2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off to see what results I get.
My goal is single digits by July!

2/16 - 3/16 was some very nice changes in the BF. Also from the measurements if looks like no loss of muscle. You must have everything in check nicely. Keep up the good work bro.

Thanks...not quite 245 anymore, since my boy was born, my routine's all out of wack. I'm lucky to get all my meals in and 4 hours of sleep. My weight has gone down, nut not my strength. I've decided to lean out a bit and not do so much heavy lifting until I can get more rest.

Very impressive transformation. And you started out with a goal of 12%.....looks like you blew that one out of the water.

no pics yet. I want to get rid of of my love handles before I start taking pics. Maybe in a month or two.
