Start up workout
Alright everyone, I have not worked out on regular sched since 2000, know it is time for me do drag my fata$$ back to the gym. Anybody got some suggestions as to how I should start out. Once I was done with football, I thought I would magically stay somewhat fit,well 40lbs later I guess it wasnt true!!!!!!! Any help

Diet and cardio w/ weights 4 days a week.
For the first week or so I'd just do a full body workout and go light. Give your muscles a chance to get used to working out again.
Then switch to one bodypart a day.
