No bicept soreness
I do hammer curls, preacher curls and barbell curls for 4 sets at 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4reps. I increase the weight each set. My question is why do I never get any bicept soreness? My arms seem to grow at a slow rate. I keep strict form also. Not that soreness means anything, but all my other body parts seem to get some kind of soreness after I work them. Am I just not pushing them enough, I don't want to over work them either?

try to isolate your preacher curls by using a dumbbell. feel a little stretch (not too much) when you near extension.
go down slow too. don't just heave a weight up and then let gravity take it down.

That soreness results from stretching the muscle while you work it.How often do your delts get sore? It's because overhead presses and raises don't really stretch the muscle. If you want sore biceps try doing dumbell curls sitting on an incline bench at about 45 degrees. You will definitley feel the stretch doing these.
