Whats your fav workout music?
Hey just seeing what some people like to work out to. The gym I belong to is tiny so I control the CD player
My favorites are Metallica and Rammstein. Metal for pumping iron.

Any heavy metal or hard alternative music, some rap that has a lot of vulgar curse words, and some really really fast techno(not that gay shit with words in it)such as the techno song playing in the first blade movie when they walk into the club and blood starts spraying out of the sprinklers.

Any song that I really like does the trick for me. Rock/rap.
Music moves me in more ways than one. I wake up to mtv, I go to sleep to mtv, I have to be listening to music while I drive ect ect.
At my old gym they would play easy listening, I don't know how anyone could workout to easy listening. To each their own I guess though.

This may sound gay and please no flaming, but i listen to sad music that makes me upset. That eventually turns to anger and you don't want to be around me when i'm angry

Pantera is my mainstay. Also, Rollins Band, Fear Factory, Slipknot, Hatebreed, Down, Mudvayne, classic Mettalica. Soulfly is what im into now. They play one of those huge drums that you hit with a club. Sends chills down my spine.
