    1800 lbs for 4 reps

    I hit it today. 1800 for 4 reps on the hipsled. I was stoked. Then I hit up 315 for 10 reps on lunges. Im hoping I can break 2k but I need a bigger hipsled hehe I had to stack 2 150's on top of the sled.

    Agreed....you HAVE to post a pic of that so I can be "the guy who knows a guy"! At the very least, I'd throw it up as one of the pics in rotation as my screensaver...cuz, hell, that's a feat!

    hehe ya I asked for a cam at the gym. maybe next week Ill bust one out. Maybe ill hit 2k for ya 8)

    hehe no prob just PM me and i'll be glad to help. Hey BG I told my partner today im gonna put labels on peoples foreheads so I can use them as weight. "Hey you 2 150's come here!" hehe sit on the sides and dont move. "Ok now you (make sure to point) 210 climb up on top!" hehe

    man no joke i was one of those guys once for this gorilla, but i had to jump off because the plates where turning and i almost fell off

    Guess I now know what my job in your gym is(sled boy). I could only dream of doing that much weight.

    Oh, by hipsled do you mean leg press, or the 45 degree sled you lean against and the bars go across your shoulders?
