Has anyone ever tried the periodized workout programs on this site:
If anyone has tried the programs, would you recommend them? I have been doing a HIT style workout hitting each major muscle group once per week. It's been working fine, but with all the different schools of weight training, I'm curious to read experiences involving periodization. I know that changing your workout now and then is considered a periodization of sorts, and I do that when gains stagnate. This site seems to do a strict periodization scheme based on Tudor Bompa's Serious Strength training book.
