    How does this sound???

I am thinking in the next few weeks of trying a 6 to 8 week program where I do low reps (2 to 3) for like five or six sets for bigger compound movements and some single joint exercises. Examples: Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, Bicep Curls, Triceps, Mil. Press, Rows, and Pulldowns. I would warm up like normal, then go as heavy and clean as I can for 2 to 3 reps. Any thoughts?

It really depends on your body. Some people will get stronger by doing that kind of workout, but most people don't really get bigger. Some people will actually get weaker by doing that kind of workout. I would personally suggest seeing how it goes for two weeks and then decide if you want to continue for the next month.
