what are the best workouts for the middle chest and upper middle chest?
I just cant seem to get any def. from my middle chest nor can i get any soreness in that area.

Heavy sets of incline bench , and regular bench. Also try out dumbells instead of barbells and frequently change up your routine.

I got the same problem bro. Try and squeeze your pecs together with every rep you do on every chest exercise. Do more incline than flat chest exercises, and work your middle chest.
