    Day 1 Chest F
    Day 2 Back
    Day 3 Arms
    Day 4 Legs
    Day 5 Off
    Repeat

    25 yo 210lbs 6'2" 12%BF Trying to get to 230lbs
    Diet 3500-4000 cals w/300+ grams protein

    routine looks good; how many sets are you doing on a bodypart? that has a big factor
    and i think you should raise your protein to 2g/lbs of bodyweight at least... at your weight i'd aim for 450g
