    Any sort of techno...any other music just gets in the way. Techno pumps me up in the gym!

    Wear some disposible foam ear plugs. They put you in a wonderful, quiet little world where you can tune out all the distractions. The EAR brand plugs they sell at Walgreens are okay, but I like the -33dB Howard Leight orange "bullet" foam plugs that they sell at industrial safety warehouses.

    like dance the most, but unfortunately , its more britney spears liked in my gym

    So i cant use music to motivate me, though i think some hard music would make me lift a lil better...
