Thread: changing reps

hey i wanted to ask a question. what if you mix up the number of reps per body area? ex: do a set of preacher curls 5 reps then come back with standing curls 12 reps then follow up 5 reps on concentration and so on. ive been doing this and it seems im getting my muscles way more shocked. all negatives and positives to this welcome.

You gotta go with what works the best for you man... If you see strength and size gains why listen to anyone, because you found what works for you...
