2aDays on the sauce?
I've never attempted 2aDays for the scare of overtraining, but would it be possible on gear? I eat plenty and would up it to accomodate, but I have no idea how to even build that type of routine. Just curious what everyone's thoughts are.
Currently I'm 23, 190lbs, 10%BF.
I'm running 400mg/wk TestE / 400mg/wkTren

are you talking about doing them same workout two times in the same day?
cause ive done it, for a shock and I dont think its over training if you do it maybe every 2-3 months

You should really have your diet and health in check when doing intense 2 a days cause you will burn out alot quicker.

i used to do two a days, and they work pretty good as long as you keep the sets too a minimum, i used to do complementary muscles together, chest & shoulders , back & bis, quads & hams

Whether I was natural or on the sauce, If you eat right, I was able to effectively train with high intensity while busting a 2 a day at the gym training the same body part.
